LOAF SWIRL PUDDING




Ingredients


Milk Maid  -  ½ tin (397g tin)
Water  -  ½ tin
Eggs  -  3 separate it
Vanilla  -  1 teaspoon
Gelatine  -  1 ½ tablespoon
Swiss Roll Cake  -   10-12 pieces

Soak the Gelatine in 4 tablespoon of water and double boil it.
Take a separate pan, add Milk Maid, Water, Egg Yolks and beat it well.
Heat the Milk Maid mixture in a low fire & stir it well.
When the mixture gets thicker remove from fire and mix Gelatine and Vanilla.
After that beat the Egg White until stiff and mix with the Milk Maid mixture.
In a round shape pudding bowl arrange the Swiss Roll Cake pieces on bottom and upside of a bowl.
Pour the Milk Maid mixture and refrigerate to set.
When it is done unmold the pudding onto a plate.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE



Ingredients

Cooking Chocolate  -  250g
Egg  -  4
Whipping Cream or Fresh Cream  -  300ml
Icing Sugar  -  100g
Margarine  -  50g
Gelatine  -  1 tablespoon

In a bowl add the Eggs and beat them well until they are foamy and beginning to hold a shape. Then sprinkle the Icing Sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Add Whipping Cream and beat it well. Double boil the Gelatine and add with the mixture and beat it well. Then combine the Cooking Chocolate and Margarine together and double boil it. After that pour the double boiled Cooking Chocolate little by little to the mixture and beat it well. When it is done pour the Chocolate Mousse in a separate bowl or individual dishes and refrigerate it.

FISH CUTLETS


Ingredients


Salmon  -  1 tin big
Onion  - 1 big chopped
Green Chili  - 5 chopped
Potatoes  -  300g
Egg  -  2
Bread Crumbs  -  250g
Oil for Fry
Salt and Pepper to taste


Boil the Potatoes and remove the skin. Then mash the Potatoes.  Drain the water from the Fish (salmon) tin and crumble it into small pieces. Heat little bit of Oil in a pan. When the Oil is heat add Onion, Green Chili and fry it till the Onion are Golden Brown. Then add mashed Potatoes, Salt, Pepper and mix them well. Finally add Crumbled Fish cook for 3-4 minutes. Beat the Egg in a bowl. Put the Bread Crumbs in a Flat dish. Make small balls from the Fish mixture. First dip the balls in the beaten egg and then coat the balls with Bread Crumbs. Heat the Oil in a frying pan and when the Oil is hot add the coated Fish balls and fry till Golden Brown.

Serve with Ketchup.

MANGO MILKSHAKE


Ingredients

Mango  -  2
Milk  -  1 glass
Cold Water  -  1 glass
Sugar  -  5-6 tablespoon


Wash the Mangoes and peel them. Chop the Mango pulp into small pieces. Add the Mango pulp into the blender along with Milk and Water. Then add Sugar to it. Blend everything till smooth.

Pour the Mango Milk Shake in a glass and serve it.

BREAD PUDDING


Ingredients

Milk Maid  -  ½ tin (big)
Butter  -  25g
Egg  -  2 (beaten)
Milk  -  1 cup
Bread Slices  -  7
Pinch of Cinnamon Powder (optional)

Remove the crust from all the four sides the Bread Slices. Cut the Bread in triangular shape. Apply Butter to both sides of Bread. Then spread the Bread slices on the pudding dish.
In a separate bowl add Beaten Egg, Milk Maid and Milk and beat them well.
Pour the Milk mixture over the Bread Slices and bake it.
(You can steam it as well)
Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.

CHOCOLATE CUP CAKE



Ingredients

Flour  -  175g
Sugar  -  200g (grinded)
Eggs  -  4
Baking Powder   -  1 teaspoon
Coco Powder  -  4 tablespoon
Vanilla  -  1 teaspoon
Aapa Soda  -  ½ teaspoon


In a bowl add Sugar and add Egg one by one and beat it well.
Sieve the Flour, Baking Powder, Coco Powder and Aapa Soda.
Then add the sieved Flour to the mixture little by little and mix it well.
Add vanilla to the mixture.
Then pour the mixture in the muffins tray and bake it.

175 temp
(30 mins)

Optional – pour the Hershey’s Syrup on top of the Muffins and Enjoy it…!!!

COCONUT TOFFEE



Ingredients


Milk Maid  -  1 tin (big)
Water  -  1 tin ( use the same milk maid tin )
Sugar  -  1 tin ( use the same milk maid tin )
Desiccated Coconut  -  1 tin ( use the same milk maid tin )
Butter  -  250g


Take a tray and apply some butter and keep it on a side.
In a nonstick pan and add Milk Maid, Butter, Sugar and Water and bring it to boil.
Keep stirring continuously.
When the mixture start to get thick, add Desiccated Coconut and stir them well.
When the mixture becomes thickness and forms a soft ball remove from heat.
Immediately transfer the mixture to the buttered tray and flat them.
Cut them into squares before it gets hard.
