Milk Maid - ½ tin (397g tin)
Water - ½ tin
Eggs - 3 separate it
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Gelatine - 1 ½ tablespoon
Swiss Roll Cake - 10-12 pieces
Soak the Gelatine in 4 tablespoon of water and double boil it.
Take a separate pan, add Milk Maid, Water, Egg Yolks and beat it well.
Heat the Milk Maid mixture in a low fire & stir it well.
When the mixture gets thicker remove from fire and mix Gelatine and Vanilla.
After that beat the Egg White until stiff and mix with the Milk Maid mixture.
In a round shape pudding bowl arrange the Swiss Roll Cake pieces on bottom and upside of a bowl.
Pour the Milk Maid mixture and refrigerate to set.
When it is done unmold the pudding onto a plate.
